The BRB System developed by the National Centre for Research on Earthquake Engineering (NCREE), is one of the most advanced BRB systems available in the world today. Based on thousands of hours of design, testing, and refinement, the BRB system provides exceptional seismic performance as well as:

The BRB steel core transfers the axial load achieving the full yield capacity in both tension and compression. The buckling restrainer prevents the steel core from global and local buckling. A special debonding layer lies between the steel core and the buckling restrainer, allowing the core to yield, dissipating energy during severe earthquakes.
